Before your first session

- Wash the parts. Each cup has four washable parts: the soft silicone shield, the diaphragm, the duckbill valve, and the collection container. Sterilize them once before first use. After that, hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap and let everything air dry completely; routine sterilizing warps silicone faster. The motor is never washed, only wiped.
- Charge both motors. Use the Type-C cables that come in the box, and unplug once they're full rather than leaving them on the charger for hours.

Your first session
Once the parts are dry, each cup clicks together and slips into a standard nursing bra. A snug band matters, because the bra holds the shield against your breast. Sit upright for the session; wearable pumps perform best that way.
