Wearable breast pumps: Mother's Nature™ W1 vs Zomee Fit
By The Zomee Team · Updated October 19, 2026
Pick the Mother's Nature™ W1 if let-down is slow to start: its breast shield warms as it pumps, and it includes five sizes. Pick the Zomee Fit if you want an everyday wearable with four washable parts and a fullness sensor that can stop the pump on its own. Both are worn inside your bra and pump one side or both.
Both have hospital-grade suction: 300 mmHg on the W1 and 280 mmHg on the Zomee Fit. Both run at 46 dB and need no app. Each has a 3-year pump warranty. If none of the included sizes fits, our Perfect Fit Promise™ sends you a free pair in your size. The Mom Line™, staffed by real moms and CLCs, answers pump, sizing, and parts questions about both.

Only the W1 warms
The W1 is the first wearable that warms as it pumps. Its warming breast shield cycles between 95 and 105°F, and warmth can help relax breast tissue and support oxytocin, the hormone behind let-down. BioBoost™ Mode adds a cluster-feeding rhythm: longer stimulation, shorter expression.
The warming breast shields hold an electrical component, so they are hand washed only: never in the dishwasher, and never boiled, steamed, or microwaved. The W1's other parts wash like any pump's.
What sets the Zomee Fit apart
Each side of the Zomee Fit has four washable parts. A built-in timer tracks the session with no app, and a fullness sensor watches the milk collector and can shut the pump off at 4, 5, or 6 oz.
Our exclusive Nipple Correction Mode gently draws the nipple into better alignment for a stronger seal. It's designed with flat or inverted nipples in mind.
Suction and modes
Both have hospital-grade suction: the W1 reaches 300 mmHg across 12 levels, and the Zomee Fit reaches 280 mmHg across 9. Read those numbers as ceilings. The most common reason a new pump feels weak is flange size, not motor strength. Turn suction up slowly, and only to a level that feels comfortable.
Both run 2-Phase Mode, which moves on its own from quick stimulation to slower, deeper expression, the way a baby does.
Sizes included
The W1 includes five sizes: 24 mm breast shields and 15, 17, 19, and 21 mm inserts. The Zomee Fit includes three sizes: 25 mm breast shields and 17 and 21 mm inserts. Additional sizes available for free with Perfect Fit Promise™.
Both include a nipple ruler. Measure the widest part of each nipple tip, not the base, and match each side to the closest size. If you land exactly between two sizes, start with the smaller one.
Battery and parts
Both run on a rechargeable battery for at least 2 hours per charge. The Zomee Fit charges over USB-C, and the W1 with its magnetic charging cables.
On both pumps, duckbill valves and diaphragms wear with use. Replace the Zomee Fit's every 1 to 3 months. On the W1, replace the duckbill valves every 1 to 3 months and the diaphragms every 2 to 3 months. If either pump suddenly feels weak, a worn duckbill valve is the usual cause.
Ordering through insurance
Both may be covered. Most plans cover a breast pump for each pregnancy, and coverage varies by plan. A durable medical equipment (DME) provider verifies your benefit and ships the pump. For questions about your coverage, call your plan's member services number.
