Compare All breast pumps: Mother's Nature™ W1 vs Zomee Fit vs Mother's Nature™ H1 vs Zomee Z2
By The Zomee Team · Updated October 19, 2026
Pick a wearable, the Mother's Nature™ W1 or the Zomee Fit, if you pump on the move: both sit inside your bra with no tubing. Pick a tabletop pump, the Mother's Nature H1 or the Zomee Z2, if most sessions happen at a home base or you pump many times a day.
All four have hospital-grade suction: 300 mmHg on the W1, the H1, and the Z2, and 280 mmHg on the Zomee Fit. All four run at 46 dB, have a rechargeable battery, and need no app. The W1, the Zomee Fit, and the Z2 have a 3-year pump warranty, and the H1 a 4-year pump warranty. If none of the included sizes fits, our Perfect Fit Promise™ sends you a free pair in your size. The Mom Line™, staffed by real moms and CLCs, answers pump, sizing, and parts questions about all four.

Wearable or tabletop?
It depends mostly on where you'll pump. A wearable fits inside your bra with no tubing, so the session happens in the middle of something else. A tabletop pump sits beside you, with tubing to each breast, so a session is more of a sit-down. How often matters too: if pumping replaces most of your baby's feeds, look for a motor built for long use.
The W1: warmth for let-down
The Mother's Nature W1 is the first wearable that warms as it pumps. Its warming breast shield cycles between 95 and 105°F, and warmth can help relax breast tissue and support oxytocin, the hormone behind let-down. BioBoost™ Mode adds a cluster-feeding rhythm of longer stimulation and shorter expression. The W1 reaches 300 mmHg hospital-grade suction across 12 levels.
The Zomee Fit: the everyday wearable
Each side of the Zomee Fit has four washable parts. A built-in timer tracks the session with no app, and a fullness sensor can shut the pump off at 4, 5, or 6 oz. Our exclusive Nipple Correction Mode gently draws the nipple into better alignment. It's designed with flat or inverted nipples in mind. The Zomee Fit reaches 280 mmHg hospital-grade suction across 9 levels.
The H1: each side on its own
The Mother's Nature H1 has a motor for each breast, so you set suction strength and cycle speed separately, 12 levels of each per side. It's the first breast pump with suction, speed, and cycle control on each side. The H1 reaches 300 mmHg hospital-grade suction, is rated for 3,000 pumping hours, and has a 4-year pump warranty. That suits exclusive pumping, twins, and a NICU stay. It also includes two 30 ml colostrum containers for the earliest days.
The Z2: compact, with 27 setting combinations
The Zomee Z2 is lightweight and the insurance favorite in the Zomee lineup. Three modes with 9 suction levels each give you 27 combinations, and Zomee's exclusive Alternate Mode works one breast, then the other, in a rhythm many moms find gentler. An LCD screen shows every setting, and a night light helps you see the screen in the dark. The Z2 reaches 300 mmHg hospital-grade suction.
Sizes included
The W1 includes five sizes: 24 mm breast shields and 15, 17, 19, and 21 mm inserts. The Zomee Fit includes three sizes: 25 mm breast shields and 17 and 21 mm inserts. The H1 includes two sizes: 19 and 21 mm Mother's Nature breast shields. The Z2 includes four sizes: 17, 19, 21, and 24 mm flanges. Additional sizes available for free with Perfect Fit Promise™.
Measure the widest part of each nipple tip, not the base, and match each side to the closest size. If you land exactly between two sizes, start with the smaller one. The W1, the Zomee Fit, and the H1 include a nipple ruler, and you can print one from our flange sizing guide.
Hands-free pumping and Shabbat Mode™
The W1 and the Zomee Fit are hands-free on their own. The H1 and the Z2 go hands-free with the Zomee Hands-Free Collection Cups or the 2-in-1 Pumping Bra, sold separately. Shabbat Mode is built into the Z2 and the H1, both Star-K certified. Set the session length and interval before Shabbat, and the pump starts and stops on that schedule with nothing to press. On Shabbat, use it with the collection cups or the 2-in-1 Pumping Bra.
Ordering through insurance
All four may be covered. Most plans cover a breast pump for each pregnancy, and coverage varies by plan. A durable medical equipment (DME) provider verifies your benefit and ships the pump. For questions about your coverage, call your plan's member services number.
How moms pair them
Some moms use two pumps: a wearable for sessions away from home and a tabletop pump for sessions at home.
If you're still torn, the pump quiz narrows it down in three questions, and The Mom Line can help you choose between them.

Good to know
Comparison questions, answered
Which Zomee pump is the quietest?
None is quieter than the others. The W1, the Zomee Fit, the H1, and the Z2 all run at 46 dB.
Do all four pumps have hospital-grade suction?
Yes. The W1, the H1, and the Z2 reach 300 mmHg, and the Zomee Fit reaches 280 mmHg. Read those numbers as ceilings. The most common reason a new pump feels weak is flange size, not motor strength.
Can a wearable be my only pump?
Yes, if you pump a few times a day and nurse the other feeds. If pumping replaces most of your baby's feeds, look at the H1, which is rated for 3,000 pumping hours.
Can I pump one side at a time?
Yes, with all four. The W1 and the Zomee Fit pump both sides at the same time or one side at a time, and the H1 and the Z2 work as a single or double pump.
Which flange size should I start with?
Measure the widest part of each nipple tip, not the base, and choose the closest size for each side. If you land exactly between two sizes, start with the smaller one. The W1, the Zomee Fit, and the H1 include a nipple ruler, and you can print one from our flange sizing guide. If none of the included sizes fits, The Mom Line at 1-888-662-7159 can help you request a free pair in your size through our Perfect Fit Promise™.
Will insurance cover a Zomee pump?
It may. All four are available through insurance, and coverage varies by plan. For questions about your coverage, call your plan's member services number.
How long is the warranty?
The W1, the Zomee Fit, and the Z2 have a 3-year pump warranty, and the H1 has a 4-year pump warranty. Parts are covered for 90 days.
